Tien Dung was my fitness instructor for three months. I had absolutely no experience on weight training until I started training with him. Dung helped me to set my goals and showed me the roadmap to accomplish that. He was very knowledgeable about all the exercises and had an expert view on which exercises suit me best. He followed closely on each exercise I did to help me have a good form in order to achieve the results on the desired group of muscles. Not only is he good at physical training, he is a great motivator and mentor. He took time to understand my problems to help me to get over myself and exceed my limits. Till now, I am still keen on weigh training and I am able to plan and carry out my exercises myself, thanks to his guidance. All in all, Dung is a great instructor and I have no doubt that he will definitely be able to help you to achieve the results and build your fitness habit.
