Tian dao Taekwondo Club
After talking with Dzung, we concluded that we need help with two aspects of training:
- Motivation
- Focus
We had noticed a saturation state of our athletes which we need an insight on what we have to change in order to motivate our participants.

Dzung had to work with Marko Bodulica, Matilda Smith and Drago Kosvic. Marko earned a silver medal and Matilda earned a bronze medal in European Championship Taekwondo for Cadets in 2009.
His first task was to check purposeful of practitioners, all players got a form where they would write the goals they had with Taekwondo, what they need to do to reach those. His other duties were to check how do they focus when they are busy and stress with competition, training and school. This would give us an insight on what social barriers and other external factors that could hinder or distract them.

From the answers of the above issues, we have been able to identify different external factor that we now consider as the challenges. Dzung's work with children has highlighted many things that the club must work with. His ability to get answers from students and parents have been very good even though there were some difficulty we noted was that some students do not always understand him, because of he mainly speaks English.

The club's much pleased with his work and is very thankful for letting us have such a qualified person to our little club. We look forward to continue working with him.
