Lugi female Rugby team
Dzung has attended our training sessions and some of our games. After trainings we have had sessions with Dzung giving small lectures on a topic, group activities and supervising the coach with assigned tasks.

He has started work with goal setting, mind control/awareness and team cohesion and team support. He has also touched the subjects of mind setting concerning aggression, winning, focus, failure and injury prevention.
Dzung has concerned himself with showing interest in all the team members to enhance team cohesion, everybody has been made to feel important. When people have been talking to him he has been very open and tried to guide through questions.

He has worked with the team as a group, and special focus have been given to support the coach in his role, and to one of the more experienced players that needed some extra help with her goal to return to the national side.

Dzung has with his welcoming, enthusiastic personality made the team motivated to listen to his knowledge and participate in the activities. I think Dzungs passion for our team has created a better team spirit and we have had a record percentage this fall with newcomers staying on for winter practice. This way of addressing the higher dimensions of a team, with the psychology around it, has made people more aware of what they are feeling and how their actions affect their team-mates and the performance of the team. The post-game evaluation at the end of the season was one of the more creative and insightful I have ever heard. They are not like parrots repeating a message but they had given thought to the situation as they saw it and came up with ideas on how to improve.
