Originally, I am from Brazil. Moving to Scandinavia was rather a drastic change…in all senses. Most of the changes were good. Some of them were not so good though. One of the not so good changes was the gain of weight.
Moving out of my home country changed my routines and somehow my life style. For example, I realized that was not so easy to keep myself motivated when the weather conditions are not like back home. I saw myself in the mirror and did not like it. I was overweighed and sad…I had to adapt…
For me it is important to keep myself motivated…then part of my adaptation plan was to find a person to be my coach! My first meeting with Dzung already inspired me to start up and go back to my “old self”.
My main goal is to be physically and mentally fit.
Dzung adapted the training to my goal and personal liking. I am a very active person and get bored with routine. So he always makes sure that working out is also fun.
We have started to work out at his work out area. Lately, we are using the training area in my building and, very often we are out in adventures, working out in different parks and parts of the city.
I feel much better physically now. Thus my mental health is also better. It is easier to face, what I nicknamed “my inner bear”. Before, the bear would not let me exercise and of course, it wants to be fed, so overeating was the name of the game…not anymore!
Dzung support keeps me reminded of my goals. Dzung personal training includes also massage sessions that are very much appreciated after a hard work out session. When I am not exactly “fit for fight”, he is there to support and remind me that I am the one under control! I have the power!
I am very happy with my results and highly recommend Dzung´s personal training.
